Hmm... The "Send" button is not there? DuckieBank will remove bankers when they are outdated, but it wont remove their bank status. If the "Send" button is not there anymore, try the new version as it has changed detection of ranks.

This does seem to be a cache issue, but it is very hard to reproduce so the only thing Blizzard has replied about that is that when it happens, a GM should be contacted on the server in question.
