Talented is not an addon I use, so I don't really know what it's suppose to do, but it's very possible that its made to work using the normal inspect window, but not with Examiner.
When you say you see a default blizzard talent window, what exactly do you mean, the same window as you see when pressing ?

Something TipTac does seems to be affecting how Informant works, I don't know for sure why, but my best guess is due to TipTac calling GTT:Show() to recalculate the dimension of the tip. Some tests will have to be run to figure out.

Ok, I finally figured out why this is happening, it is somewhat a bug in WoW, at least I don't think this used to happen prior to the 3.0.8 patch.

I know about the talent thing, its because you have an addon which queries the talents on mouseover, usually in the tooltip.

This is not something I can reproduce. No matter how an addon is written, it should not be able to crash WoW, then it is a bug in WoW itself, not the addon.

"6 mana every 5 seconds" on a shoulder enchant (notice the lowercase in 'every' and 'seconds').
Reason it's not being picked up is due to the missing "+" sign infront of it. I will just change the pattern so the plus sign is no longer needed for a match, but I am a little afraid it would start picking up something it shouldn't then....

Ah, thanks for noticing, while I was at it, I fixed the Accuracy and Surefooted enchant as well. The Surefooted actually got changed, it no longer gives minor speed increase, but adds crit as well as hit.

That is strange, the option doesn't care if a player or npc is shown. I cannot give any help though, other than it has to be some kind of conflict with another addon, try and see if it happens with only TipTac as the only addon enabled.
