I have no doubt that the usage of dogtags is probably complicated and I wasn't suggesting to make a clone of cowtip. It's just my preference and opinion that I think all tooltip mods that have customization features for the user to adjust should have options to customize their own tooltip lines. Your mod is good nonetheless but if Cowtip was working properly I would definitely be using that over this for the simple feature of making your tooltip lines. I definitely recommend you having the option for people to use their own setup using dogtags for tooltips as I believe you'd attract even more users to this.
