But if 2 players are in the same party, and have the same addon.

Will it be possible to click the addon on player 1 and the addon on player 2 will run a macro?

Short explanation, no. Running a macro is a protected action and can't be done from addons.

Longer explanation, depending on what task you want Player2 to do, you may not need to run a macro to do so. There are caveats to this as many actions you would do with a macro are protected as well.
