Emote buttons to place on action bar?

Is is possible to make buttons that perform an action (eg. /cheer; /yell "FOR THE HORDE!") and then place them on an action bar? If not, are there any emote mods that can do buttons?

Macro's. Press escape, click macro, then create your very own emote button
