Button Facade Help!!!

Right now I really really really want to download this skin right here: http://www.wowinterface.com/downloads/info12449

but when I do, it downloads as a .rar file... help??

RAR is an archived format similar to ZIP. Just use a program capable of extracting RAR files - WinRAR and 7Zip are both excellent. WinRAR is shareware, while 7-Zip is completely free.
