LF addon that can post to discord or telegram fom the game

Hello. I'm looking for addon/tool for classic wow which can make post to discord or telegram or whatsapp when some condition in game happened? for example some "text" in the chat.

Addons cannot interact outside of WoW like that sadly.

but could addon dump some chat channel in .txt file? and outside script parse this file and post to messenger?

WoW only changes files on reload and exit. The files that change are the files in the WTF folder for add-on saved data. This saved data is a .lua file with a table in it.
