Using Clique, possible?

I have always used clique to support Shift, Ctrl, Alt click-binding for several of my characters... Misdirection for my Hunter, Heals for my Druid, Shaman... you name it, I've done a shift, ctrl or alt mouse-click to it.

Is there a way to build that support into the OpenRDX frames? I noticed some click support inside of OpenRDX, but I would rather leave that one up to Clique for easier management of my click-binding.

RDX has a builtin click system and has everything you need.

RDX unitframes have always three clickable fields.

Health bar (bindings heal or dmg)
Power bar (bindings player or target)
cast bar (bindings decurse or interrupt)

Unlock your desktop.
Right click on a window and select edit bindings.

How would I set it up for different classes so say my Shaman would have a Shift Left-Click for one of his heals, but my Hunter would have the same Shift Left-Click for his Misdirect?

Is it possible to instead of using the built-in click from RDX, can we set up the Unit Frames to accept bindings from the add-on Clique?

create a mousebinding object for every class you want to support
then create a symlink object, in the top dropdown select 'class' and set the class-specific links to the files you created
in your window use the symlink object as the mousebinding file
now on login the window gets build with the class-specific bindings you specified in the symlink object.

The bindings click is already able to switch
Try your ui with a different class and spec
Your bindings will automatically change

Is that set perClass or perCharacter? If it's set perClass, then I can see that being useful if I setup default mouse-click binds for Healer classes, etc... and I can use a single unit frame bindable layer instead of the default 3, to give it a simpler use.

clique

if we cant use clique, then how do i use my wow mouse? your bings only support 10 buttons, how do i bind the other 4?

You can even set up different click bindings per spec for each of your classes.

For example, when you're in a healing spec, you could have left-click perform a heal, but when you are in DPS spec, you could perform a different command like '/silly'. ;)

It's not for everybody though. You need a fundamental understanding of what a 'symlink' is and how it works, but it IS possible within RDX.

It's one of the drawbacks to being so flexible.
