Auction House and Rep bar issues
 

For some weird reason, unless I disable nUI now, I am more often than not, unable to use the auction house. Instead of listing items, it simply spends countless minutes "Searching for items". Once I disable nUI in my addons, it works as it always has. Only noticed this since 4.1 dropped. I have systematically disabled all my other addons, and only nUI seems to be the culprit here.

I've also noticed that the rep bar is reverting to Guild, and showing 0/3000 of neutral. If I gain faction with someone, it does change for a time to reflect the gain, but reverts back to Guild 0 shortly thereafter. On the character I noted this on, the reputation is at Honored, so...

Any ideas would be gratefully accepted, and this pertains to the .19 release of 5, plus version.

I'll look into both. The rep thing should be easy enough to deal with... the auction house thing is just weird. Dunno.

On your AH problem - I have the same thing, but I was attributing it to Auctioneer.

Open the AH, search for your item. Close the AH, and reopen and everything should work fine.

After a bit more digging, I tend to think that Auctioneer is, in fact, the problem. If I disable it, things are displayed as they should be in the AH, re-enable it, and it's right back to searching indefinitely. Unfortunately, at least in my case, closing the panel and reopening it does not alleviate this issue. So, I suppose I'll just have to do without that particular addon until such time as it gets updated and/or fixed. I'd much rather do without it than nUI.

I may try removing it completely, and reinstalling it, chances are that I simply installed the updated versioins over my original installation, and that can be the source of problematic behavior at times.

The rep bar thing isn't a major problem by any means, and the rest of the nUI features more than make up for that mild annoyance.:)

Edit: Just spent some time browsing the Auctioneer site, and according to their forums, there are problems with the addon at present, including indefinite searching. They offer a few workarounds for these problems there as well for those interested. (http://auctioneeraddon.com)

i use Auctionator, and it works fine

I downloaded the developer version and the problem went away.
