Unitframe fader doesn't respect OOC setting
 

The out of combat slider on the fader for unitframes does nothing on most of my characters
I got it to work properly on at least 1 character somehow, but everyone else is considered 'hurt' by default, even at full HP

edit: also even by deleting my settings for the realUI addon and loading a new profile from scratch, the issue doesn't go away

I think I figured out the issue with this.

My warrior is considered 'hurt' as long as he has rage
What this means is the the setting works, but it takes power levels into account instead of only health like it should
