Are horde and alliance quests supposed to show up mixed?

If not, then my horde character are seeing some allliance quests in stonetalon - if yes - please tell me :)

No, you should not see opposite faction quests. It sounds like some of the quests are flagged as both instead of Horde. Feel free to post any quest like this in the quest/database forum and we'll get them fixed. Thanks.
