Sorry, I do not remember the correct message that pops up. It is something about an action failing because of an addon.
Woulod Bugsack be the addon for me to use to see what is causing this?

What you want to do is type /console taintLog 1
into your chat. This will log what happened and by what addon to a taintlog.txt file in your World of Warcraft\Logs folder. Then restart/reload the game and try to reproduce what got you that error. It usually occurs in combat, so you could go have a lvl 1 wolf beat on you or something.

The blocks come from Sage UnitFrames, the pet frame.

I had the same problem with Sage on my hunter and it's been reported... that was a while ago and am hoping that Tuller will have it resolved in the upcoming version.
