Wow is released in Brazilian Portuguese ptBR, and on this language is impossible runs carbonitem because the name maps are not recognized for carbonite,

How to adjust it, or get it on default language?

Up! I'm having that same problem!

provide the ptBR translations for all the maps.

The language is new, no addon will yet support it until addon authors (either are from Brazil and can themselves translate their own mods) or community that uses their mods provide the translations...

Actually, the latest alphas of LibBabble-* have the ptBR localizations (flagged as needs verify) included. So addons/libraries that use those libraries to localize, have a chunk of the work done already.

Anyone could take the Localization.lua file and add a section for another language. That is not something we plan on doing, but if someone does it and sends it to us, we will add it to our Localization.lua file.
