Simple addon cut / paste / statistics /external db /analytics
 

Hi gooday

I am looking for a addon that copy s the name of all that whisper me to clipboard with "#"in front of the name and at the end like the combined string would look like #Troll#.I like to run some statistics on whispers i get.Any exsisting addon that can serve?

This might do what you want. Or close enough you could see if you could figure out how to do the rest.

nui is a interface mod....
i am not intrested in a mod....
i wanne use the standeart interface with a small(addon/ plugin) that copies the name of who ever whispers you to clipboard sounds like a simple enaugfh plugin .....no need to make it complicated in the form of a wow addon when it possible to export content of the game to outside where more efficient coding can take place witouth draging/draining on ingame resources/bye exporting coding external i also avoid addon clashes + lua not realy suited for what i wanne do .

What you're searching for is a very specific and very out of the ordinary subject so there's definitely going to be a very high chance no addon exists that solely does what you're asking.

* Save the chat and combat log in two different files on your computer (using the default Blizzard logging system).

In addition CopyToClipboard is a protected function. So it would need an extra button/keybind (hardware event) that you press yourself when a whisper comes in.
