Whisper Alert? Mod Request
 

I'm not sure if this is even possible as I know little about LUA programing.

What I'm looking for is something to alert my when I receive a whisper. I was an EQ player for many years and for many years used EQWatcher Advanced to read the log file out as speech. I really miss the text to speech.

Is there any way to make something to either:
1. Alert me of new whispers?

or

2. Create a text to speech bridge to read the whisper (or all) channels?

how about something like WIM?

WIM does text to speech?

I believe Rigorous means WIM to fulfill request #1. :p

blizzard doesn't do read/write untill program opens/closes.

I wouldn't say "impossible." A TTS program should be completely authorable in Lua. It would take a lot of work, though, including a hell of a lot of audio files.

opps posted the wrong one lol. go here but not sure if its working anymore.. maybe someone can fix it?
