Missing options in dropdownmenu

1. Disable all addons, then /reload.
2. Select PlayerFrame, and right click the frame to show menu.
3. Select a friendly target, and right click your TargetFrame.

After three steps above, the invite and whisper buttons would gone like forever.

The menu is still there, but two options missing. No matter addon disabled or not.
