Show on selecting Dead player

Hi I want to have a Floater that stays hidden until I select a dead player then shows my rebirth spell.

What conditons will I have to set for this?

1. Target Is - NPC; Hide
2. Health - target > 0; Hide
3. Target Is - Player; Show; Overridden By: 2
4. Health - target <= 0; Show; Overridden By: 1
