how to check for quest I havnt completed

How do i go about checking for quest i havnt compelted yet in a zone? I notice the database in the quest tab but is there a way to see which i have finished and which i havnt?

Carbonite tracks completed quests but doesn't know about anything you have done before you installed the addon.

You can manually flag quests as completed from inside the database or by right clicking on the quest givers icons on the map.
