Im using that one since earlier, I cant in any ways get it to look like that tho <.<,

there's no way in hell that that's from Ketho CombatLog :D
It uses spell links + icons, and won't show combatlog events like SPELL_HEAL

No idea from what (combatlog) addon that screenshot could be ..
