Just wondering if there will be an update to the beta to include The Timeless Isle sometime soon?

Yes, the update is ready to go based on PTR.. I'll do a quick test when I get home tonight and upload it.

If anyone is playing in a non enUS client, if you can tell me the translation for Timeless Isle in your client it will help... all the usual places I look for the localization of zones is not yet updated... and without it the update won't work for your locale.

so - the en-uk client should work - fine for me if that's right.
and btw. Timeless Isla in the de-client is "Zeitlose Insel" or "Die Zeitlose Insel"

Timeless Isle in any locale
 
I don't know where to look in the code that requires you to use the string "Timeless Isle", but here's some suggestions.
Lua Code:
  1. -- prints "Timeless Isle" twice
  2. -- regardless of locale, as the game translates
  3. -- automatically and correctly
  4. -- would output "Zeitlose Insel" for deDE
  5. print(GetMapNameByID(951))
  6. local Timeless_Isle = GetMapNameByID(951)
  7. print(Timeless_Isle)

Did I miss something? Please assist with my error?
 
I am not quite sure I am getting the correct version. I go to the down load page and the version that's available for download is showing the following date and time stamp: Updated: 03-11-13 07:29 PM

Have I made an error on clicking download? or is there an area that I've somehow missed?

I, too, have the problem with seeing the new isle on the mapping system.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated, and I apologize if I've simply made an error of the stupid type...my version type should enUS...

A Charlie version?

You can also right click Carb in Curse client and select the alpha under the "prefered release type" to get the most up to date version.
It's the exact same version of Carb as the link above..

If you mean an English version (I'm British /wave) then the alpha should work fine.. (EnUS is the same as EnGB)

nope it actually is Charlie aka Gamma or Delta in certain places :) usually means the end of a program's update or that is was finished for "this round" and considered bug free for publication or use :)

when you sign in, it should say [Carbonite] Unkn Zone sometext 6 10 or something similar in your chat box.... I need that line and I can add the support for that language.

Unfortunately I need it as a copy/paste of the text instead of a screenshot inorder to paste it into the code where it needs to be.

When Carbonite loads, in the picture do you see "Carbonite" or do you see "Carbonite II"?
