Sweepyish UI .rar file

I'm having a problem just trying to open the compilation UI "Sweepyish UI" because its a .rar file and i dont have anything to open it. could you have made it a zip file or something? or do you know how to get it out of a .rar file?

You should be able to do a Google search for WinRar, it will open the file for you.

Well since I can't get the page to open I'll just have to assume thats a rar extractor of some kind. ;) Whats it called? I'd be interested to check it out sometime.
