REQUEST: Real ID Nickname Substitution.
 

I've been thinking there would be an addon that can do this already, but have yet to come across one. If there is one, please point me to it... if there isn't, would it be a possible thing to do and can someone do it?

Allow for your own Nickname you choose for each Real ID friend to be replaced in Chat so instead of seeing their first and last name each time, you could see the nickname you chose.

Mom
Wifey
Bubble Butt
...etc

Oh nice, thank you! Sometimes the names of the addons aren't always obvious as to what they do.

True, I find that searching by description always gives me the best results (just click the search icon before typing anything in, then make sure you check 'Description').

You don't have to do an empty search first. You can go straight to the "Find" tab.
