Waiting for Available Thread.....

All of the addons in Minion are now saying this......

Shirik 08-16-09 09:25 PM

That probably means a deadlock has occurred. Does this happen despite restarting Minion? Can I see your log please?

tyrionn 08-16-09 10:01 PM

Thanks for your help...

Yes, it happens after a restart.

I am running Win 7 64.

Here is part of the log file.... let me know if you need the whole thing:

That really has nothing useful in it. Please post the whole thing, and wrap it in [ code ] blocks.

Thanks

tyrionn 08-17-09 06:21 AM

Solved.

I had put the log recording level to Warning only. I put it all the way to the right, thinking it would provide you with more information. When I did that, it worked.

I wonder why....

tyrionn 08-17-09 06:30 AM

Actually, I'm a moron.

That "slider" was the number of addons to check. I should learn to slow down and read more carefully.....

Sorry to waste your time, you have been very friendly....

Shirik 08-17-09 09:16 AM

Wait, so there was a setting which you were able to use to get a deadlock to occur?

That's still bad :P

What setting was it at?

The setting is in the options - the bottom slider where you tell MMOUI how many addons to check. I had it all the way to the left because I, mistakenly, thought it had to do with the size of the log file.... When I moved that slider to the right, the problem was solved.
