Low FPS with Carbonite
 

I think I need to replace Carbonite because it kills my FPS. Without it, I'm steady 60, with it I'm below 10 The drops occur only when I start moving; when still I'm around 60 but once I move it drops, and has hit 5 on some occassions.

I have fresh install of Cata on my computer (completely uninstalled and reinstalled it), and I've disabled all other addons except Carbonite and still have that issue.

So, IMO, it's definitely Carbonite.

Is your Carbonite up to date? If it is, please see This Thread. It is possible that the solution might work for you also.

If that doesn't work, you could also try going to your "Path to your WoW folder\WTF\Account\ACCOUNT NAME\SavedVariables\" folder, and renaming the "Carbonite.lua" and "Carbonite.lua.bak" files. Please, BE AWARE that this will completely reset your installation of Carbonite and it will look and act as if it was just installed on ALL of your characters. That way if it doesn't help, you can just delete the new Carbonite SV's and rename the old ones back and not loose any of your set up information.
