Ever heard of the BadApple addon?
Well, it was an addon which made it possible to add notes for the reason WHY the person got ignored....
It's quite useful ^^ and sometimes you forget what the person ever did since he/she deserved a /ignore. Anyone feeling with me? :p
Anyone who desires to make something likely? :)

I think it you install CT Core from CTMOD, that feature is built in. I don't remember though, I don't need the notes part, if they're on my ignore list, they're staying there so there's no reason to remember why they're there. It takes quite a lot for me to put people on that list.
