Return to original texture/skins?
 

I think the title says it all... How do I reset WoW to use the default textures/skins after I've replaced the files? do I have to reinstall?

Delete the files that you installed into \World of Warcraft\Data\Interface (delete all the folders except for Cinematics)

That should fix ya up.
