Extracting DB2 files

I used to be using DBCViewer to extract the db2 files. But it looks like the data structures have been changed a lot after 8.0.x.
I am wondering how you guys extract db2 files.

Still, I need help on this. Anyone know a latest tool which can parse and convert the BfA db2 files?
