Also, if you are going to the dinner, you get added to the VIP list for the WoW Insider, Wowhead, WoWInterface et all Party. Bypass the line to get into the party. Have a drink (or two or three) after picking up your BlizzCon pass before going to dinner, then go back and party some more!

Are there any special directions, or do we simply show up at the appointed time?

No special instructions, you can just show up. However, a lot of us are planning on going to the party first (after getting our BlizzCon passes), meeting up there, slipping out of the party about 8:30 to head down to the restaurant, then going back to the party after, if you are interested in doing that. Either way works, so whatever works for you. :)
