UI addon similar to this?
 

I was wondering if anyone knew of a UI add-on that has options that could give me something like this? (Quickly whipped it up in Photoshop) I just want something that is very simple with a class icon option

Shadowed Unitframes and Pitbull4 look strikingly similar out of the box, and could be configured to look EXACTLY the same in a few minutes.
