I'm sure this is a WAY over asked question, just do not know how to look for it in the search.

Quest message spam. "turtle heads 15/15"

Is there a way to turn off that so it doesn't message the party constantly? especially on high quest dungeons?

Yes, there is.

Further information may be found in the carbonite readme file located in your carbonite folder. If not, look in the quest options. You can get to them by right clicking on the map and selecting "options" or, iirc, clicking the "menu" (?) button at the top right of the quest watcher window.
