Tekkub has given over the command of PerfectTargets to me for a 2.0 update, and I've heavily streamlined it, adding a couple more features in the process.

If you don't know what it is, PerfectTargets is a minimalistic set of frames which shows who's targeting what, and how many are targeting the same unit.

Two people are targeting

For now, please help test. I think I'm finally near release. Note the frame will only show up if you are in a party or raid.
