hey, is there a way to turn off carbonite mini map? cause i want to use sexymap but also use carbonite for other features

You mean the minimized Carbonite map. There is no "Carbonite minimap".

Yes, there's a way. It's an option in the "map" section of the menu accessed by right clicking on the map. There's also a key binding. Look for "close map ..." or some such.

Just a caution. The option is worded a bit weird. If memory serves the text reads something to the effect of "Hide maximized map when ESC or closed".

Also, something to remain aware of: If your maps are merged when you do this, you won't have a minimap at all. "Un-merge" your maps before you try this.
