Can I ask that everyone that updates there mods for the 1.10 OR if your mod IS working in the 1.10 patch, PLEASE add that to the description of the mod table.

There is a lil section called "Description" that you can simply add "This mod working in the 1.10 patch"

Makes it frustrating to dl a mod, add it, to have it error out and have to be removed..

Most mod authors *do* put that it is updated for [whatever] patch. So if there isn't something saying it has been updated, chances are it hasn't. Either way, the way to really tell for sure is to look at the "last modified date" as pointed out in the attached (example) screenshot.
