Never used WoWInterference before, please help

Hi, I'm trying to get the PlateBuffs add on for my WoW game and I can't understand how to use the download method itself.
I use Curse for my add-ons but on there the add-on wasn't supported, so I downloaded the file from here but I don't know how to place it.
Can anyone help me out?

  1. Download the zip archive
  2. Extract the zip archive
  3. This may be more than one folder
  4. If it is one folder, look inside, and if you see nothing but more folders, then remove all of those folders from the container folder
  5. If it is one folder and see a file called AddOn.toc, where "AddOn" is the name of the AddOn (ie: PlateBuffs.toc) then do not remove any folders
  6. Move the one or more folders into World of Warcraft\Interface\AddOns
  7. If the download was indeed a container folder, you can now delete the empty folder
  8. Start the game, click the AddOns button at character select screen
  9. A new window opens, top right, enable load out of date addons (you will have to do this again tomorrow, and each time Blizzard makes you accep the Terms of Use again
Some Addons are just one folder, others are many. An example of the first is SmartRes2, Deadly Boss Mods would be the second.

In SmartRes2's folder, you will see SmartRes2.toc, but Deadly Boss Mods has many separate AddOns all starting with the name "DBM". If you were to download Deadly Boss Mods, and you got one folder called DeadlyBossMods, if you looked inside there are several "DBM" folders, and each one of those must exist in your Interface\AddOns folder.

The Curse Client takes care of all this behind the scenes and automatically for you, but the process is the same. Except the CC cannot enable "load out of date addons" –– you must do that yourself.

Hopefully this helps you.
