key binding profiles?
 

I'm looking for a simple mod that allows setting profiles for my key binding settings.

What I'd like to do COULD have been simple, if binding-cache.wtf was still relevant, but as far as I know (and I have tested it) it doesn't work anymore since key bindings are stored online.

Any ideas?

You could disable server-side bindings if that'll do the job.

Bindpad has profiles.

Action Bar Saver 2 (or you can go the manual route by disabling server side bindings)

Both the above answers are correct. Disabling server side storing of keybinds is an option, if you never play from anywhere but your one computer. The addon BindPad has profiles that can simply be chosen with a click, or linked to a spec and auto change with spec change. BindPad also makes actual direct keybinds that stick after being uninstalled. (Obviously, swapping won't happen without it installed though)

How does the "disabling server-side bindings" function work though? Is it a setting that is saved indefinitely on Blizzard's servers until you switch it back on? Or is is saved in your config.wtf where it is read before synchronizing other settings with their servers?

it's saved in the config.wtf file, and is loaded before other things take over :)

thanks, I chose disabling the online sync. But the action bars still sync to the server no matter what, so I also use action bar saver.
