BfA alpha - Addons are now enabled
 

For those people that have access.

My addon is crying about comms changes mosty so after looking a bit more -

SendAddonMessage, RegisterAddonMessagePrefix, IsAddonMessagePrefixRegistered, GetRegisteredAddonMessagePrefixes have been moved to

C_ChatInfo.


i think this is new C_ChatInfo.SendAddonMessageLogged (Sends a text payload to other clients specified by chatChannel and target which are registered to listen for prefix. Intended for plain text payloads; logged and throttled.)

it looks like COMMUNITIES will be a addon channel.

Interesting. That probably will force rewrites to ChatThrottleLib, AceComm, and a few other significant back end libraries.

Here I was rewriting LibGuildBankComm into a v2 because it needed it anyway, but now I'll have to wait for alpha updates.
