I need an addon to keep track of guild members' performance in these 5 man cata dungeons so I have a little bit of background to go on when we start putting together 10 man groups.

Here's an example of notes I'd like to keep;

Joeschmoe:

Role: Melee DPS
Spec/Class: Enhance/Shaman
Halls of Origination Reg 10/18/10
DPS: ~5k

Lousy DPS, always targeting the wrong mob.
Good CC.

I'm using Character Notes, which does not limit itself only to guild. Not sure if this is beyond the scope of what you're looking for.
