[Feature Request] Raid Cluster Indicator
 

Would it be possible to implement something similar to Vuhdo's cluster indicator, highlighting players in the raid who are within a certain range of one another and at a certain health? It would be exceedingly valuable for maximizing spells like Prayer of Healing, Circle of Healing and Wild Growth.

It's very possible to do, but...

I won't be the one implementing it. I've generally said that the scope of the oUF core is rendered by what the default UI provides. To me, features such as this belong in a separate plug-in.

@Haste: Thanks for the reply. Time for me to find someone interested in making it, or see if I can get the people over at Tukui to implement it themselves. They sent me here, so I sorta doubt it but...I will persevere!

There was an oUF raid frame layout released today that has this very feature implemented within the layout.

I'm in the process of looking through it and seeing how add it to the layout I'm using now.

You could also look at any of the Grid plugins that trigger a status in Grid for this. Might be easier than trying to pull out the relevant parts from an oUF layout, depending on how the layout's code is organized.

This is all the clusterheal element is in my raid frame addon. It used GridStatusBestCluster as the basis. It isn't likely the most efficient implementation and I'm sure someone could do better but it does the job. There are others suited for chainheal, etc. - I didn't really bother looking into these since a generic solution was good enough for me.
