BigDebuffs is installed but not showing anything

C:\Program Files (x86)\World of Warcraft\_classic_era_\Interface\AddOns

At first when I installed BigDebuffs, it appeared to be working as intended (showing debuffs in unit frams and player frames).

I was having issues with another addon so I disable all addons to try to isolate the issue. When I found it, I re-enabled all of my other addons, including BigDebuffs.

BigDebuffs still appears in addons, and can be configured; however, it doesn't work.

When I toggle on testing, it does show a new icon over my player frame that has a clock circle winding down.

I have deleted and re-installed, cleared WTF, disabled and removed all other addons, reset profile to default, and deleted cache folders--nothing has fixed the issue.

Anyone else have this? Did some sort of hotfix break the addon?

I have added a screenshot here, when I toggle test on, all it shows is a new image over my character frame, but nothing else.

I also tried the /console cvar_default command recommended here: https://www.wowinterface.com/forums/...ad.php?t=58928

It did reset some things, but I still have the same problem.

Something that could be related is TinyToolTip also stopped working, but now it's working again. This appears to be sporadic, like there is something causing addons to not load or not work properly.
