Identify old UI artwork
 

Can anyone identify these tree like frames/artwork at the bottom part of the UI? I believe I remember they were modular and needed another addon to work (what was it?):

Its the old Elven UI. The art work is in a giant texture pack on this site. Along with tons of other nifty pieces.
