New bindtype return from GetItemInfo

So, what values does it have and is there constants for them?

So far it looks like 0 - no binding, 1 - BoP+BoA, 2 - BoE.

As expected, since it targets links/ids/strings, it doesn't tell if BoE item is soulbound right now.
