Taint errors from carbonite
 

Getting the "Interface action failed because of an AddOn" error verified it was carbonite by checking taintlog and disabling the addon. Taintlog is below

Is Carbonite the only addon running when this happens?

What zone are you in?

Is the minimap set to dock into the carbonite one?

Ok so I was able to test this further and found out it's an issue between Carbonite and Archy. As for zone I was in deepholm at the time. Oh and yes to docking
