Alts Addon
 

Looking for an addon that can help me keep track of alts across my friendlist and guild roster. I'm not ranked high enough edit guild notes so it has to be something that adds functionality rather than rely on the existing note system.

You could use the module in Prat (and Chatter?) that allows you to assign an alias/alternate name to characters. Then your chat would look like this:

LolHealzAlt (Meatshield's Alt) has come online.
[Guild] LolHealzAlt: (Meatshield's Alt) evening, everyone
[Guild] Felara: hi there
[Guild] Frostie: (Ryan) howdy
