warning for escort quests
 

I have a wife who loves to accept escorts quests before making sure the rest of the party has advanced the quest to the escort, so I'm looking for a solution. How hard would it be to code a quick addon, or maybe add it to one of the "gossip removers," to have an extra button overlay the accept button for escorts? Something like an overlayed button saying ESCORT that disappears after clicking it to reveal the accept button. I suppose you would have to match the quest name against a database of escort quests or something.

Or does a mod like this already exist somewhere?

I don't think it's a problem to put a confirm of sorts in, but after quickly skimming through the WoWWiki on the quest events and API functions, I don't think the game flags escort quests differently, it seems they're just handled differently by some script that isn't visible.

If you could compile a full list of all the escort quests, then it would be possible to make a mod that on the dialog before accepting, it would inform you that this quest is indeed an escort quest. At least I think so, in theory, on a sleepy Sunday morning. :)
