Joke AddOn: Benny Hill Worgen
 

I couldn't refuse making this addon for other beta testers to get a laugh out of and possibly learn something in the code.

In beta build #13066, Running Wild has a glitch in which it doesn't lock out transformations while active. This addon transforms you back into human form and adds Benny Hill Chase music to Running Wild as long as it's active. The transformation code is a copy of experimental code in my Worgen Auto-Transform addon, currently on hold due to this very glitch.

The addon includes a toggle command to turn it on/off, /bennyhill

The transform lockout glitch has been fixed in build #13277 (Nov 8 2010). Even though music playback is still functional, this addon has been discontinued.

Does it use LibSVG to draw topless women chasing the worgen?

No, it just catches the event of Running Wild being applied as a buff to trigger the Transform() API call and start the music. It stops playing the song when the event fires for the buff fading.

The client also seems to stop playing the song immediately after loading a zone. This is the default behavior of the game client and not in the addon code.

Build check removed and the transform glitch seems to remain in build #13117. Seems this addon will live for another week.

I know most people would never think of this, but try changing to walk mode when running this. That is when it really look cool....
