custom messages on custom spell/ability events
 

Greetings,

Anyone know if there is an addon that lets you specify what event to trigger from (spell use, ability use, proc etc.) and then lets you decide what to do when it triggers (write chat message, play sound, show warning etc.)?

I remember seeing one before WotLK but i cant remember its name, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
