An rss feed for new addon releases. For this alone i'd look for software to fetch/read rss :rolleyes:

Seconded. I've talked with Cair in the past and we keep getting refered back to this:

That's not RSS, that's just some javascript to embed a list in a web page. Could we get a "proper" RSS feed that any ol reader will take, something like, oh, this one you have for news:

rss2.0 feeds are on my list todo. :)

I'm still working on it but here is what I have right now. Please let me know if you have any problems in the rss reader your using. I've just been testing it in the google rss reader and the Thunderbird reader.

Shows latest interfaces same as front page. (capped on 20)

Shows only latest NEW interfaces. (capped on 20)

Shows only latest UPDATED interfaces (capped on 20)

Author RSS2.0 feed. replace the aid= number with the id of your favorite author. I'll have an interface soon for all these rss feeds so you dont have to edit the url. (no cap)

I just spotted this addition today.
GREAT thinking. Man! I'm so excited about this.

Now ... imagine if an AddOn could access this stuff ... I know we're pretty limited in terms of what the game will permit, but maybe one day ... ONE DAY...!

I would also like to see an RSS feed for an author's most recent comments. :)


Also, while on the topic of feeds, would it be possible to get a feed that combined the list of bug reports and feature requests for an author's portal? Ditto for comments on these. Currently I need to subscribe to 4 different feeds in order to monitor my portal for bug report and feature request activity.

Working on feeds for comments. You can get comments emailed to you though, just use the comments options dropdown on the fileinfo screen of the mod you want to monitor comments on.

There are already feeds for new bugs/features. They are embeded into your portal homepage and there is a icon on the public bugs/features list page.
