Carbonite problem for 2 computers-
 

:confused:I paid for Carbonite and backed-up a laptop. I was then prompted to pay additional to backup an additional computer and downloaded Carbonite with my same email and password. Now both are messed up saying I've applied the program to another computer. Help would be much appreciated.

I believe you have the wrong forum Dan983. You are currently posting on the forums for the World of Warcraft game addon which is also named Carbonite.

You should go to http://www.carbonite.com/en/default.aspx Which is the home page for the computer file backup suite named Carbonite. They should be able to assist you there.
