Usability improvement when addon awaiting approval
 

A tiny little CSS tweak to make the "This file is currently awaiting approval from a file admin. You will only be able to download older versions of this file until it's approved." text a bit more visible would be nice. Liek, flashing uber red and yellow text. Not that bad, but it should really stand out.

If people doesn't notice that alert, they might 1. read the description 2. go "woot I want that" 3. download the file 4. get a file that doesn't fit the description, because the description was updated when the file was submitted, but as the file isn't approved yet the user will get the previous version.
