Moving hotbars and boxes?
 

I like for the most part WoW's UI. I'd like to be able to move the hotbars and boxes, bags around to suite me more. I should ask what do any of you recommend? Something easy for a dense person like me.

For the bars, you can use any of the numerous bar addons. If you use the default bags (and want to stick with them) there's Movable Bags. If you want a general, all purpose mod to move things, then grab a frame mover mod like MoveAnything!, FluidFrames, or Visor2.
